Injured Racer Needs Help!!! On July 24th of last year, Blake Robinson had a freak accident which resulted in almost a dozen surgeries, including the amputation of his left leg above the knee. He also suffered Ulnar nerve damage in the left wrist and had to have skin grafts to both the left wrist and right lower leg. Blake'has an article in the #40 issue of Drag Illustrated page 127, the 2010 Feb. issue, if verification of this story is needed. | MORE ARTICLES Four-Lane Racing Set for NHRA Four-Wide Nationals, March 25-28 For the first time in NHRA national event history, qualifying and eliminations for Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle at an NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series event will be conducted four-wide instead of two, NHRA officials announced. The inaugural NHRA Four-Wide Nationals is scheduled for March 25-28 at zMAX Dragway near Charlotte, N.C.
